Don't ignore the hunch
“Don’t forget your keys”. Oh oops, I almost left without them when I got the hunch not to forget my keys. Have we not all been there? Getting a hunch to call someone or waking up just in time. I get hunches all the time. I have learnt that they can be vitally important. But your head needs room to hear it. In the years when I was in total survival mode I did not hear them, or I cannot remember. I was trying to make the noises in my head so loud it would keep me awake and going. It sounds bizarre I know. I just could not afford to allow any feelings or I would crash. Thinking back I was too afraid to let God do His thing and help me. These days it is much better. I had a lovely neighbor once who moved away to a downstairs apartment a few blocks away. We called on a regular basis and every Christmas I made a beautiful card and I would drop it into her mailbox.
